New Video: The UXO Survivor

In Laos, there are nearly 80 million unexploded cluster bombs and bombies left over from the Vietnam War that continue to victimize locals to this day. Phong is now an advocate for multiple organizations, all of which are aiming to clean up the remainder of the bombs in Laos and ban the use of cluster bombs altogether.
